Sabatier Art x Balfour Capital Group
A Strategic & Visionary Partnership
Sabatier Art Monaco and Balfour Capital Group share a vision that reaches far beyond markets and collections. Together, they explore the evolving conversation between art and finance, a space where cultural value and economic intelligence do not compete but strengthen one another. Under the direction of Steve Alain Lawrence, Chief Investment Officer of Balfour Capital Group, this partnership connects two forces that increasingly shape the modern world. One is concerned with the creation of meaning, the other with the stewardship of capital. Both understand that the most enduring forms of value arise when clarity of thought meets depth of culture.
The collaboration reflects a shared conviction that art is not simply an asset to be acquired but a form of permanence that holds its ground even when markets shift. It carries the weight of memory and the promise of continuity. Within this relationship, Sabatier Art contributes cultural insight, historical awareness and curatorial strategy, while Balfour Capital Group brings global financial experience and a disciplined perspective on long term value. Together, they form an approach that treats art not as a decoration for wealth, but as a parallel language of vision and legacy.
Our partnership invites those who recognise that true stability is found where creativity and capital stand in equilibrium, where heritage informs innovation, and where meaning moves alongside investment.

Steve Alain Lawrence brings long-standing insight into global markets. A regular presence at the New York Stock Exchange, he is valued for his bold clarity and measured judgment.
It was in Monaco, during a conversation shaped by the quiet certainty of the place, that the idea for the Petrus Wandrey NFT collection first began to surface. What started as an informal reflection on digital culture soon revealed itself as a natural continuation of the artist’s own thinking. Petrus Wandrey had long worked at the intersection of the physical and the virtual, often ahead of his time, and the notion of translating elements of his work into a new medium felt less like invention and more like uncovering a path he had already hinted at.
Under the guidance of Steve Alain Lawrence and the thoughtful team at Balfour Capital Group, the project gained structure and direction. Together with the widow of Petrus Wandrey, we began to shape a framework that honours the integrity of his life’s work while opening it to a wider and more contemporary audience. The collaboration brings artistic heritage into dialogue with modern technology in a way that feels both measured and inevitable. It shows how art can expand without losing its texture, how memory can evolve without dissolving, and how financial insight and cultural understanding can create forms of value that speak across generations.
In this shared work, the past does not stand still. It moves forward with purpose, guided by hands that recognise both its fragility and its strength. And in this movement, art and investment meet not as opposites but as partners in the creation of something that endures.
